She is an established mentor and coach as well as a long-standing university lecturer and delights in uncovering and optimising the potential of individuals. Coaching with Serena is relaxed and informal in structure, but she has her own way of motivating clients and holding them to account to help them achieve their goals. Her coaching specialities are leadership skills, delegation, problem solving, relationship issues, team building, task performance and staff development.
