Shipping & Delivery Information
Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia using Australia Post regular parcel service.
While we aim to dispatch orders within [2] business days, estimated delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s service levels. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Post (Parcel Post):
QLD: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
We are not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched, but we’ll do our best to support you with tracking if issues arise.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. All books and posters are carefully packed, and we want you to feel confident in your order.
